Shanti Subramanyam is co-founder and CEO of Orzota. Shanti is a technology veteran and is a performance, benchmark and scalability expert. She is a technical leader having honed her technical and leadership skills at Sun Microsystems where she helped drive the performance and scalability of Sun servers for a wide variety of applications including web, middle ware and databases. After Sun, she joined Yahoo! as a performance architect and most recently was a consultant at Box.
Naren Gokul is the Sr.VP of Customer Success at Orzota. Naren was the Founder and CEO of Avarida which Orzota acquired in December 2015. Naren has 20+ years of experience in the consulting industry, helping customers succeed at CRM, BI and Big data projects. His experience includes large implementations at a variety of companies across several industries including Bell Canada, Johnson and Johnson, Canon USA and Xerox Business Services. Prior to that, Naren was at Siebel Systems where he had a variety of roles in Consulting and Professional Services.
Ilias Farfouris is the Director of Sales at Orzota. Ilias brings Global sales and business development expertise with a background in text analytics and machine learning technologies. Ilias is a specialist in delivering solutions for Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, Insurance and Retail/E-commerce verticals while increasing collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Having developed business in enterprise projects for companies like Siemens, Citadel, Groupon, Navistar, and mid-size companies, along with a Mathematics & Computer Science background, he brings a strategic approach to ensure a better workflow and results thus taking the complexity out of any Big Data project for our clients.
Nat Natraj serves as Advisor to Orzota. He is currently the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Calypso. Prior to Calypso, Natraj was the Senior Vice President, Sales at CA Technologies. Natraj was the Executive Vice President of World Wide field operations at Arcot Systems, which was acquired by CA Technologies. Natraj has over 25 years of leadership in venture backed and publicly listed Enterprise Software firms in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and General Management capacities. Natraj has an MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia, Charlottesville and B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
